Behind on the house? You have more time than it feels like.
Getting behind happens to good people. A job ends. Someone gets sick. Someone passes away.
If a notice was taped to your door or came in the mail, here is what it means, and how much time you really have.

Who we are
Buyer Brothers is a small team in Phoenix. We buy houses, mostly from people who are behind on payments or dealing with a house they did not plan for.
We are buying the house, not listing it. You pay us nothing. Every offer is in writing, and it says whether we keep the house or pass the contract to another buyer.
If you are working it out with the bank, good. Keep at it. Our number will still work if that changes.
